Dear all. After my reservation with Rentalcars, with insurance with Total protection when I made my check-in inRhodium Bologna Airport the office at Airport tell me I need to pay more 100eur (for total 170 eur) to another insurance. After some discussion I paid with Credit Card the 1250eur (1100 for "franquia" and 150 for car fuel?).
The office at Airport tell me that the contract I have with Rentalcars is no use, and the insurance and conditions must change!!!
