I have been victim of fraud during my journey here in Naples (Materdei). I have booked an apartment named la Casa del Centro via booking.com for 3 nights as from 21st September to 24th September and have paid the amount of 89.26 euros. When I came at the apartment, nobody was here to handle the key of the apartment neither did the property answer to my phone calls or messages. I have been waiting for nearly 2 hours before getting access to the apartment. When i came into the apartment no instructions were given to me to telle me where i wiil be sleeping. I found a room empty and just put my liggage in there and to be able to rest a little bit i have no choice than to put a towel on the bed as there was no blanket on the bed. The next day I have spent the whole day dealing with the customer service of booking.com to explain that the property guy did not give me any key neither did he do my checking. I have been waiting the whole day for him to bring the key so that i can lock all my personal belongings. The customer service has told me to check out on the 22nd and that they will compensate me but no refund has been done yet and they said afterwards that they will not be able to do so! On their advice I have left the center house and booked another B&B which cost me an additional money of 130euros. During the night of 21st and the whole day of 22nd September, i did not sleep and have diner or lunch because of the unprofessional way of the property of the hW
