I have booked an apartment in Rome on holiday 24 October to 29 October - win suite Vittoria 15 - his homeaway advert does not say the apartment is on the 3rd floor up 69 steps -he has emailed to say that it was on the page but I have shown it is not - he has since refused to reply and will not refund
