Hello can you help me please
I had a contract with time on telephone number 0831984541
Which included tim smart mobile
I they supplied me with a mobile phone service However after 2 days of haveing little or no service on the mobile phone
I went to 2 tim offices 1 in Sand Vito dei Normanni and one I brindisi but they could not help me
I also wrote to tim
In the end I chhanged back to Vodafone which works somtimes outside my house but never inside Tim dis not work at all after a couple of years I chanaged over to a new contract with tim to get this new contract I had to get a new number 0831 983889 I ended up paying for a few months for both the new and the old telephone lines
Can you help me get a refund please Also the Internet supply on this number was very sloe thank you I have paid yopu €100 euro on 12/09/2018 by paypal
