Salve. I have a problem with phone bills, I used to pay 27.9euro/4weeks. And you sent to me a msg for the fibra without over cost for free. . And I was surprised by the new bill . I called 187 they told me do not pay it and wait for the new bill. I waited and did call and they did not talk good to me and let me in the line talking alone. I tried to find a solution. I called you many times. What can I do????
