We booked and prepaid 38€ to rent a car with doyouitaly.our time of rent was 9:00 but they took us from the airport at 9:30 to get us to the office of galdieri rent a car. The bookoing was in my name konstantinos but because they couldn't accept my license we gave them another name eleftherios for main driver. Galdieri told us they had to make new booking for new name and requested 150€ we didnt agree and doyouitaly does not return our money cause they told us we yad to make the cancelation before 9:00 but its not our fault they pick us at 9:30
