Buonasera signore e signori,
I am sorry I have to write my reclamation in English. I have a disappointing situation with the Hotel Sant' Angelo in Rome. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic last year we had to cancel our reservation for accommodation in this hotel and last year we received voucher as a refund for the validity of one year. This year we wanted to use the voucher to book the room again but the hotel doesn't reply emails nor answer the phone calls from me. And it is not possible to reserve room otherwise without contacting hotel directly via phone or email. Problem is that voucher expires tomorrow, 5th of June 2021 and we don't want to lose our investment money and we do fulfill obligations on our side by contacting hotel on time, however hotel doesn't fulfill its obligations. So that's why we need help from you, if you can kindly guide us what to do.
