Hello, My name is Marin Calimaneanu Cristiana Beatrice, I am from Romania and I came to Bologna as a tourist, with my husband. I bought, 2 cards from Bologna welcome office, from Piazza Magiore, for 72 hours.I payed 60 euros and I have 2 city red bus tour tickets included in the services I payed. The city bus tour I payed for, available on the weekend. But, when we came for this tour, in the weekend, of course, the sales guy in front of desk of the office, told us that we can not use this payed service, because of bus; it doesn't work because of weather. I don't understand why, because the bus has covered area, so could offer this tour for tourists which already payed for it. When I asked for refund, that guy told me that can not refund me for this tour I can not use it, not because of me. It is not my fault, so it is normal to receive my money I payed for this service, back. So, I am waiting for you to solve this problem and Bologna Welcome office refunds me for our trips we didn't have. P.S. The only one mention they have on their web site about the bus trip and the only one we received when we bought the card, is about the time we can have this trip (on weekend). Nothing about weather.
