I am writing to formally submit a complaint and request your support regarding a missed flight for 4 passengers, caused by the lack of notification of a schedule change.

Tickets purchased via: Booking.com italia
Airline: TAR Aerolíneas
Flight reference: YQ703
Route: La Paz – Mazatlán
Original flight time: 16:25, July 19, 2025
New flight time (not notified): 12:00, July 19, 2025
The day before departure, Booking.com sent me an email confirming the original flight time (16:25). However, the airline had rescheduled the flight to 12:00. I was never notified of this change, and as a result, I arrived at the airport at the original time and missed the flight.
