I payed 640 Euro's for a 4 day sailing course in Lake Garda at a company called Stickl Sporthotel Srl (www.stickl.com). 2 out of 4 of the sailing days were canceled by Stickl with no offer of refund.
My instructor on the course, who was great by the way, agreed that I should get a refund for the lost days. After complaining in the office, I then spoke to the Owner, Heinz Stickl, who refused to refund the two days lost. Essentially robbing me of 320 euros with no willingness to compromise on the refund even partially. Pure robbery.
