Submitted an enquiry through the Hotel Villa Sveva website www.hotelvillasveva.it in Cagliari. They replied using the official email account listed on Google and provided a whatsapp number i could contact as well. I did. We agreed on room, fare, etc and then they contacted me via email again with details and instructions for payment. I followed everything and then they sent a booking confirmation via email. A few days later i called the hotel and they said there was no booking or payment under my name.
