On the 3rd of June Alitalia sold me tickets for a flight from Malpensa to Bucharest through Belgrad. Few hours after I received an email that the flight got canceled. Worse, even today Alitalia continues to sell the same flight. I have contacted them and they refuse to refund me, saying voucher only. I want my money back! what should I do?
