Hello, My name is Petre Nicoleta Veronica and I want to complain about the Nexive courier because I can't put my hands on my last 3 packages. 1. Two months ago I’ve ordered online from a retailer from Hong Kong and I was supposed to receive my package through Poste Italiane. I was tracking my package online and I saw that, unexplectedly, on the status it said that is delivered to the indicated place “Centro operativo Poste Villorba”. Nobody called me, I didn’t receive in the mail any tickets/notification tha they have been to my house, anything. I had to drive for 2 days from Mestre to Treviso, to walk from a postal office to another, and nobody knew where my package was. Finally someone said that Nexive was handling my package. I went to their office but I was assured that someone will call me when they will find my package. Nobody called me and also their phone is not working. Online it says that Nexive from July is under Poste Italiane. To this day I don’t know where my package is, I supposed is lost and I lost my money. tracking number 9C7945I075052 2. 3 days ago I was supposed to receive another package. On the website it said that SDA was handling my package. Also, on the tracking site it said that they have been to my house but couldn’t find me but also my package appears like " delivered". Nobody called me, nobody informed me in the mail that they have been to my house. I went to their office and said that Poste Italiane was actually handling my package. I went again in Treviso, at a postal office, because it said “ Centro operativo villorba”. The postal office said that SDA was handling it. After this I went to the SDA office in Villorba and said that Nevixe is actually the responsible. I went to the Nexive office and is said " permanently closed", their phone is not working, and I don’t know how to get my package. tracking number 9C7967I119021 3. Today i was supposed to receive another package and on the tracking site it said again, like the other times, that they couldn't find me home and I am sure they will say that my package was delievered. tracking number 1C7691I282145 This is happening the third time and I found it truly unacceptable! Online everyone is complaining about this courier company, everyone has the same story as me. Somehow the courier is nowhere to be found. On google, the office from villorba is saying that is opened but when you go there, everything is closed and also they don't have any correct number so that you can call them. Yesterday and today I spoke via mail with the Poste Italiane, because Nexive works now for them but they say they can't do anything about this. I'm lost for words. Trully unbelieveble. What can I do? I really to recover my packages or my money. Thank you very much!
