Good day shortly
My company Joeli Ltd Bulgaria bought a textile from Italian company - value 1500 euro.
Pick up ordered from Joeli to Paccofacile - https://www.paccofacile.it/ on 9/07/2026. The pick up delayed till 14/07/2026. The goods arrived in few days after in Belgium !!! instead to Bulgaria as it was the destination. for 20 days the goods are missing and Paccofacile even stop to answer my claims. I have the full correspondence between them and me. Please advise how to stand for my rights .
