Hello,
We booked a hotel via AirBnB: https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/15573881?source_impression_id=p3_1638810391_hxQk8NXyKblJsQps ,
and the heating is not working, we contacted the owner and airbnb website but they said they can't fix the heating and refuse to give us the money back so we can move to a different hotel. We paid in advance for 5 nights.
can you please advise us, where we can file a complaint with the authorities ?
