I had a ticket from Trieste to Ljubljana in FlixBus today 14.10 at 11:05
The bus never arrived to the bus station I
I arrived one hour earlier because I needed to understand everything the bus was supposed to stop at number 5 but never did
And I had to buy another ticket in other bus company
No one respond there is no control of the buses that arrived is a real mess
So now if I want to return the ticket they don’t reimburse money
I don’t trust the company I have a return ticket with them
Real shame
I hope you can help me recover my money
