I looked for hotels in the city of Rome. The Polo hotel presented itself as being located in Rome (see annex) I made the reservation with that assumption. As this hotel is not located in the city of Rome and your advertisement was not correct, I ask for the refund of the money and the cancellation of the reservation. can you reply to me? thanks
