Il giorno 5 Giugno dovevo partire alle 6:20 con il volo Lufhansa LH1881 da Napoli a Monaco per prendere poi la il volo della 11:40 da Monaco a Crocovia. Il volo delle 6:20 è partito alle 11:00 e pertanto ho dovuto prendere il volo delle 14:40 (EN8342) che poi è partito alle 16:00 da Monaco. Di fatto ho perso una intera giornata di viaggio. Ho fatto richiesta di rimborso sul sito della Lufthansa che non mi ha voluto rimborsare, sotto la risposta: Dear Dr Tremante, Thank you for your feedback dated June 7, 2023. According to our records, there was a flight delay on the flight LH 1881 in dispute due to Flight time limitations/minimum crew rest. In this case, EU regulation 261/2004 does not provide for any compensation. We ask for your understanding that Lufthansa is unable to honor your request for compensation As much as we understand your wish to be compensated for this frustrating experience, please understand that Lufthansa cannot be held liable in this case and we are, therefore, unable to comply with your request.
