To Whom It May Concern,
I do apologise about writing in English, but I don`t speak Italian. I am writing to you in connection with Firenze Rocks festival earlier in the summer. My problem is the following, which is what I sent them twice already, without any response:
As I haven`t received any response from you I`ll have to try again. If you wish not to communicate, I will have to get consumers` society involved, too...
This is for the attention of the organisers.... I wanted to post this a long time ago, after the festival, but just have been very busy since and found the time now to do so. Thing is, it was all great, but we had one huge grief. We purchased fan pit tickets to get as close to the stage as possible. However, you sealed off a huge chunck, MASSIVE, actually, of this area for media/promoters or whatever, which we were not made aware of in advance. \most of these people were not even interested in the event and were playing on their phones and stuff... You robbed people off space, which they have paid for!!! These `VIP` people could easily have been sat on the VIP seats left to the stage or whatever. But this way it was treacherous... we were virtually as far from the stage in this setup as people with general admission tickets. Could you please advise me on who to turn to to make this an official complaint or what the procedure would be.

So, this is my problem and this is why I am seeking compensation for from the organisers of the festival. I have already contacted them twice, without any response, as I had mentioned earlier. We did not get what we paid for and that is what my complaint is based on.
