Mi dispoace che scriverò in inglese ma così mi esprimo meglio. I bought a lenovo phone venduto e spedito da Amazon.it, and I received it in December, 2017. After 7 months of use, the phone was dead suddenly. I sent the phone to the repair center provided from Amazon in guarantee, and they told me that the reason was a misuse of the customer and they can't repair it under the guarantee and I gave to pay the costs of the repair. The phone is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of the delivery which means it shoul be valid until December 2019. I had applied all of the security measures and had carefully used the phone and it died suddenly without any reason. I perfectly preserved the phone and sent it to the repair center without any scratch or external damage of the phone but the phone was completely dead. I already contacted amazon, they told me that if the center decides that I have to pay the repairing costs, there is nothing i can do then. My problem is that, the repair center doesn't want to be committed to the 24 months guarantee and claims that the defect is because of a misuse of the customer and I have to pay for the costs of the repair. Unfortunately, I couldn't assign a lawyer to detect this issue as they ask for a large amount of money, and I couldn't find but the protezione dei consumatori office to intervent as an intermediare between the customer and these capitalistic huge corporations. I really look forward to your crucial help. I am really thankful for your great impact in guaranteeing a safe and fair market place.
