Reclamo N° 304079

On 21 May 2023, I flew ITA flight AZ615 from Boston Logan International, USA to Florence, ITA to attend my sisters wedding- In which I was the best man with necessary items in the luggage. Upon arrival in Rome after an unexpected connection cancellation, I discovered that my luggage was missing. I immediately filed a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with ITA airline. After 45 days of 0 support from the airline offered me $1,750 in compensation. The estimated value of my luggage was $9,065(rescripts provided). ITA has not been fourth coming with my rights as a customer and the enterity of the compensation I am due for lost baggage, flight delays/cancelations, replacement cost of necessary toiletries and clothing etc. Please help - Thanks
