Hello,
I bought two tickets from a Italotreni ticket dispenser in Milano Centrale to travel to Torino Porta Nuova with 86 Euro (ticket code Z9KI9M). Few minutes later I asked at desk office cancelation and a refund with a fee. Office clerck told me he can cancel the tickets but for a refund I do have to fill a claim on their web site. Back, at home in Romania I filled the claim in 24th of october and a refund for 68 Euro was accepted. For the refund was assign code B7S6WP. No money in my account until now. Please help me to recover the money because I cannot contact Italotreni. The only phone number available is occupied nonstop and the other way to communicate with them is the obsolete paper mail.
