I am writing this on behalf of my mother Veronika Mykhailenko who had ordered a Scavolini kitchen and paid for it 4 months ago. Our local store in Russia from where the kitchen was ordered provided us with Bank details to make payment for our order and disappeared once we did. Unfortunately, my family is unable to receive any helpful information regarding our order through official Scavolini customer service. Scavolini customer service had forwarded our request to our local market representative and his name is Nicolini Massimiliano. Mr. Nicolini Massimiliano has advised that he is not in charge of our order and suggested we contact a 3rd party company called Brunelli. At the same time we have emails showing Bank details for the payment we made were received from a representative/colleague of Mr. Nicolini Massimiliano. Unfortunately, there is no reply on our emails and calls from Brunelli. The payment was also made in the name of Brunelli and we have receipt for it. We are hoping you can help us with this situation! Thank you so much!
