We booked an hotel for 3 nights in Sicily. Hotel is Palazzo Salomone in Ortigia.
For a medical urgency we needed to cancel the trip. We contact the Hotel 5 days before arrival to cancel the reservation and get the refund of the money already paid (900€).
They don’t want to refund the money
