Hello, I've bought some tickets for a journey, but because of a bug of their portal the tickets were generated for 3rd of december, instead of 2nd of december, no matter if the date was correct selected. I have also a video that show this bug, recorded the day next the ticket purchased. I've talked to them and create a complaint for refund, but was denied without any concluded explanation, just that the ticket category does not permit refund, which i don't think it's normal, because is a bug on their website.
