Hi, I purchase the promo Italia on Tour for 5 days on website, but on the website it was not properly signposted that I can’t use it on Milan, today, 11/06, it was our first day using the promo and I couldn’t use it because 3 of this 5 days I only make travels from Milan and the company don’t want make a refound or chance for another type of ticket and I didn’t use these ticket
