Went to best and fast change a currency exchange in Florence it.I sGave the teller 200 dollars to exchange for euro.
She took my money she gave me 113 euros when I counted the money she has only given me 113 euros once I realized the amount of fees she was charging I refused but she refused to give me me my money back. She never disclosed the fees or asked me if it was ok.she straight out refused to give me back my money.
