Buongiorno, in allegato Vi trasmetto tutta la corrispondenza mail scambiata con la società che gestisce il sito https://helochic.com per la vendita on line di capi di abbigliamento femminili presso il quale ho fatto degli ordini che, a detta loro, sono stati spediti e consegnati, mentre a me non risulta alcun arrivo. Dalle risposte ricevute mi viene da pensare che si tratti di una truffa e che questi signori non abbiano nulla da vendere. In particolare, come si spiega il rifiuto di accettare la mia richiesta di ricevere nuovamente la merce ordinata ma con corriere espresso e con pagamento in contrassegno??? Mi rivolgo a Voi con il solo intendimento di riuscire a far chiudere il sito e, se possibile, sanzionare la società: ChicV UK Ltd – Suite 31A – Philpot House – Rayleigh, Essex – SS6 7HH registrata sotto il numero 11746793 che ritengo proprietaria del sito, essendo quella che ha incassato il pagamento degli acquisti. Inoltre gradirei un Vostro parere sull’utilità di sporgere denuncia.
