Hi there.
On the past day 31 of October I bought a "Media Markt" voucher from Sixthcontinent company, and so far they didn't deliver the voucher. I've been complaining on their support channel and they only say to wait, I even send them a proof of payment and requested to give the money back and they refuse to do it.
I contacted my bank but they can't help because it was a bank transfer.
I'm from Portugal so the Portuguese Economic Authority can't help. I contacted ECC ( European Consumer Centre ) and they can't help either, so that's why I'm contacting you, can you give me some help on this matter?
