12/14/21 I, through (booking.com), reserved a room in a hotel "Best Western Madison Hotel"(Via Privata Leopoldo Gasparotto 8, Stazione Centrale, 20124 Milan, Italy ) for the period 07.01.22-10.01.22 and made a full prepayment in the amount of 273 euros.
Confirmation number 3792.234.654.
12/15/21 the Italian government closed the borders for tourism from Ukraine.
On the same day I contacted the hotel by mail and canceled the room reservation.
The hotel refuses to refund my prepayment!
Can you help?
Which government agency can I file a complaint with about the hotel?
