the real estate agent ReMax sold my house for 35,000 euro but has asked for 6% of the the profits from me and the buyer. Like 12% wasn't enough, she has also told me I am obligated to pay her taxes of 22%. The agent cannot prove this is the law. They do what they want in Sicily. I feel like I'm being robbed, defenseless and treated without dignity or respect. Please advise
