Purchased some bicycle components from an Italian Merchant online and shipped to USA valued at 2.100€. Upon delivery, only a portion of the goods arrived as the package was damaged and contents fell out during transit. Inspecting goods, they were not new in the box as stated on the website, and the merchant was very slow to provide lost goods. I went through credit card charge back and at same time merchant asked if I wanted to return goods. I agreed and sent goods back and merchant sent info to credit card company during this period causing the chargeback to lose in my favor. So Merchant has my money and the returned goods and I am stuck and need help 🙁
