I got wfi from Wind Infostrada on August 30th. September 25th they installed the wifi and October 1st the wifi wasn't working. I deactivated wifi December 27th, because I was busy and I thought since I'm not getting any service from them, they won't charge me. Today I got a bill, where it says that I need to pay for the deactivation and modem. I only used their "service" for 6 days and I don't understand why it is justified for them to charge me. And I already paid for 4 months, without using it. I have all the sms, contracts, I just need someone's help to send a mail.
