I have booked a car from this company using my debit card called the customer service and asked cuz on the internet says credit card and he said that I can use debit card then at the day of picking you the car they have informed me at the airport that I have to show a home flying ticket for the day after to be able to use the debit card otherwise I have to show a credit card. They didn’t give me the car and even cussed on me in Italian this I am going to police report. Anyway I have tried to apply for a refund but they denied referring that I haven’t indecent that I pay with a debit card which is very radicals cuz I paid with this car. So they treat me bad cussed on me didn’t give me the car and didn’t accept my refund
