Good afternoon, On January 23, 2020, I purchased the following product: Ordinato il: 23 gennaio 2020 Numero ordine Amazon.it: 405-0170285-0663574 Totale ordine: EUR 527,27 Spedito il 28 gennaio 2020 Articoli ordinati : Garmin Edge 1030 GPS Cycling computer Bundle in azione Venduto da: KBK TECH Condizione: Nuovo Prezzo :EUR 519,00 In September, the cardiac belt sensor stopped working, showing rust (I can provide pictures of the problem if necessary). On the seller page on the amazon.it platform (https://www.amazon.it/sp?_encoding=UTF8&asin=&isAmazonFulfilled=0&isCBA=&marketplaceID=APJ6JRA9NG5V4&orderID=405-0170285-0663574&protocol=current&seller=A3K60LKP0HSV8Z&sshmPath=) there is the following statement: “If you have purchased a defective item or item that does not conform to the description on the site, you are entitled to free repair or replacement or refund from the seller. The legal guarantee applies in case of conformity defects that appear within 24 months from the date of delivery of the product.” So, since September 25th, I have been trying to contact the seller requesting the product invoice and warranty guidelines but unfortunately no answer to my requests. I also asked help to amazon assistants, which also sent requests to the seller asking to contact me to solve this issue but so far no feedback. Faced with the failure to resolve this problem with the seller and the Amazon platform, I am asking the help of Unione Nazionali Consumatori to solve this situation. Thanks for your attention.
